Winter Farmers Market
Welcome to the Manitowoc Winter Market operated by Grow It Forward, Inc. We look forward to another great year in our scenic downtown location provided through the generosity of St. John's UCC and the Manitowoc Cooperative Ministry.
Grow It Forward is on a mission to grow, teach, feed, and connect the local food community. The Manitowoc Winter Market provides an outlet to:
Enhance the Downtown area of the City of Manitowoc.
Create a quality outlet for area farmers, vendors, artists, crafters, food purveyors, and entrepreneurs to sell local or regionally grown fruits, vegetables and flowers; farm fresh meats, eggs, and dairy products; breads and baked goods; handmade artisan products; food items; quality goods; and services directly to consumers.
To cultivate a community gathering place for residents, visitors, and downtown employees.
To engage and educate market vendors and public through events, demonstrations, and classes.
To promote and stimulate local economic development.
The market continues to support the Food Share / SNAP program and the WIC Special Supplement and Nutrition Program for Women and Children. Vendors participating in these programs will have a sign identifying them.
We think our market is one of the best in the State of Wisconsin, and hope you agree with us. We look forward to seeing you this market season.
